Fullstack Job: Fullstack Java developer

Together with your squad Payment L-App, the full-stack Java Developer is responsible to develop value added value services and add them to the Mobile channels of Rabobank.

You & your position

We combine value added services on the themes of iDEAL & 'Mobility' (e.g. parking & electric charging) with innovative payment methods, that’s what we are all about. Our tech stack consists of Java, Springboot MicroServices in the Cloud, AzureSQL, Azure Devops and creating the coolest (Angular) frontends in our online channels. As a DevOps squad we do not have a fixed set of responsibilities; together we take responsibility for the full lifecycle, from idea to implementation, to operation, including monitoring, logging and alerting. We follow the principle: you build it, you run it! In addition, you built your own T-shape within the squad. We value the ‘fun’ factor in our area, meaning that employee satisfaction is our top priority, while creating a customer centric environment.

Real life examples

• We are developing a solution where customers can create an iDEAL profile, in order to provide seamless iDEAL e-commerce payments
• We have developed a solution where customers can execute and pay their car parking session via the Rabo app
• We build everything in the Cloud . We want to get rid of our on-premise apps at the beginning of

You & your talent

• A bachelor degree of higher in a relevant area

• More than 5 years of experience in developing and managing complex software chains

• In-dept Java/Springboot knowledge & experience

• Frontend (Angular/Typescript) experience

• Experience with Agile and Scrum, Devops & Azure Pipelines
